Hi guys!
So full disclosure: I've attempted writing and maintaining a blog like two other times in the past. In fact my last blog had several posts and I really liked it...then life got in the way I guess and I've honestly totally forgotten the log in and website that I used to even set up the blog in the first place...
So, we'll see how this goes. I've decided to take a different angle. Instead of making the blog totally random, I'm trying to approach it more from a photographer's standpoint. I mean posts won't be entirely centered on photography by any means, so maybe that's not even what I'm trying to say. However, being a so-called "professional" photographer, I've been fortunate to meet a lot of new people which is awesome! BUT, I've also been able to see people I already know; my family and friends, or people I went to school with, etc... from a totally new angle...as their photographer. Do you see what I'm getting at?
If not, that's okay. I'm still working out the kinks, I guess. I think a huge part of me just wants to put my thoughts onto paper (or computer) and sort through them in a different way. And share them with you all. I don't know how interesting it'll be or what I'll learn through the process, but I'm hoping to share the beauty that I've observed through working with some of you with a wider audience, because it's pretty cool.
Beyond all of that, I want to share things that are important to me. Sometimes those things take shape in objects and products, and more often then not, they don't. They're also ever-changing which is why I want to document this for you all, and myself because isn't it funny to look back on things from high school for example and realize what mattered so much then is worthless to you now?
Anyway, you see I'm still a little all over the place with my thought-process behind the whole blog situation, but I think it'll be an interesting journey, nonetheless.
Let me know some things you'd like for me to share. I don't know maybe someone out there has a question they've been dying to ask me, right? Or maybe we've worked together at some point and you're curious about my thoughts from behind the lense... See, I don't know.
